Aditi Bhutia Madan (Momo Mami)
Founder and Director, BluePine Foods Pvt Ltd., Brand Yangkiez
Aditi Bhutia Madan is the entrepreneurial force behind BluePine Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Yangkiez by Momo Mami. As a first-generation entrepreneur, she gained fame as the first pitcher on Shark Tank India Season 1 and a top 6 finalist on MasterChef India Season 3, where Chef Vikas Khanna affectionately named her "Momo Mami." Originally from Darjeeling, Aditi founded BluePine Foods to recreate the Himalayan cuisine she missed in Delhi. Her journey is marked by significant roles, including National President for Food & Beverage at Yuukke Global and member of the International Trade Council's Manufacturing Council. Aditi’s ventures emphasize healthy, preservative-free momos, sustainable practices, and social causes, particularly supporting the visually challenged through Antardrishti and GoldenEyeChef. Reflecting on her journey, Aditi says, "The turning point came in Delhi when I desired to re-create the soul-nourishing Himalayan food I grew up with." Despite early challenges, she launched BluePine Foods in 2016 and opened the first Yangkiez QSR in 2018, dedicated to "saving the world one momo at a time.

A NIT Jaipur, electrical engineer graduate with 1+ years of Experience in food start-up- Gurgaon as VP-Operations, primarily focused in scaling and stabilizing processes of the Company.
Co-Founder & Director of BluePine Foods Pvt Ltd, Delhi since Inception handling Operations and unit factory implementing, strategizing new processes- Omni channel way, forward integration, backward integration and techniques in scaling business.
Gearing up for scaling business activities, expansion of roles and responsibilities while adding more professional experiences. Vision and Mission to take BluePine Foods to the Gen next level with personalized customer satisfaction, high quality and disciplined working standards.

With almost 2 decades of learning experience in HR function with Globally Leading Organisations in Mfg. domain, primarily with Automobile and Engineering Industry, I have been able to facilitate Successful HR Transformation to achieve organisational growth. With Effective Deployment of HR Processes like Talent Acquisition, Capability Building, Talent Management & Engagement and Focused Leadership Development in highly volatile organization culture, I have been successfully delivering on HR Business Partner Role as per Organisational Vision.
Programs like Relationship Management, Feedback and Coaching etc has helped me sharpen my Behavioral Skills to navigate my role successfully.
