Aditi Bhutia Madan is the entrepreneurial force behind BluePine Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Yangkiez by Momo Mami. As a first-generation entrepreneur, she gained fame as the first pitcher on Shark Tank India Season 1 and a top 6 finalist on MasterChef India Season 3, where Chef Vikas Khanna affectionately named her \"Momo Mami.\" Originally from Darjeeling, Aditi founded BluePine Foods to recreate the Himalayan cuisine she missed in Delhi. Her journey is marked by significant roles, including National President for Food & Beverage at Yuukke Global and member of the International Trade Council's Manufacturing Council. Aditi\u2019s ventures emphasize healthy, preservative-free momos, sustainable practices, and social causes, particularly supporting the visually challenged through Antardrishti and GoldenEyeChef.
